Residence Building

With this multi-family housing project located on Av. Del Libertador, Partido de San Isidro, we intend to make 6 exclusive apartment units with generous measurements for people who live in a house and want to move to an apartment without losing space.

For that, we made 2 and 3 bedroom units adaptable to the needs of typical families or people alone or in places that do not need a number of bedrooms, but do need a spacious one with all the comforts that a house offers us.

We had large, continuous garden terraces that run along the perimeter of each apartment, a landscaped living room facing the front and the side of the avenue.

All premises have ventilation to the outside, wide views and sun protection through roller curtains that block sunlight without losing physical and visual contact with the outside.

All units have a private space with 3 garages to store cars, boats, motorcycles or whatever you prefer, this space is closed and for the exclusive use of each owner.

Likewise, each unit has a closed space on the terrace, acting as a private space to receive friends, clients, work or a hobby space for the whole family that does not interfere with the privacy of the home.
